As a reminder, in accordance with section 217 of the Manual Procedure, Posts should be conducting officer nomination at this time, with elections for the 2026-27 term taking place during the month of April.

Please note that the Online Membership System (OMS) Election Report for the 2026-27 term will be open on April 1st. Departments are encouraged to remind all posts to submit their election reports promptly once elections have been completed but no sooner than the date specified above. If a Post updates their election report now, they will be making changes to their current term officers which is causing a lot of confusion and extra work. Ensure Posts are clicking on the drop-down option and selecting 2026-2027 for the term dates when entering their new election report
